Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with every purchase. If you're not satisfied with an item you bought, you can request a return, exchange, or refund according to the policy below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- In its original packaging with original tags attached
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Underwear, swimwear, and other items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Items that have been opened or used

When contacting us, please include your order number, the item name, and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps once we receive your request.
Exchanges
If your item is defective, or you need a different size or color, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request an exchange. The process is the same as for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
If the item was defective, we will cover the shipping costs both ways. For returns or exchanges not related to a defect, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
